If a mistake does occur, our responsibility is limited solely to correcting that mistake in a future update. We are in no way required to honor any prices, descriptions, or any other thing arising from an error in this website. Product Guarantees
Warranty Against Defects
All tools produced by Woody’s are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and assembly.
If you believe you have received a defective product from us, we will either repair the item, replace it, credit you toward a future purchase, or return your money if contacted within 30 days of purchase.
We may require you to return the defective product to us for evaluation. In that case, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
This warranty does not apply to items produced by other companies and sold by us.
Assured Delivery
We will deliver your purchase to you in a safe and timely manner. If, after placing your order, your products do not arrive within 60 days, or they arrive in damaged condition, we will either send a replacement product, credit you toward a future purchase, or return your money.
This assurance does not apply to goods seized or detained by customs in your country, goods lost through act of war, terrorism, or civil upheaval, or claims we have good reason to suspect are fraudulent.
Customer Satisfaction
We are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality and durability of the tools you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the unused tool(s) to us within 30 days, after which we will either repair or replace the product, or provide a refund or credit toward a future purchase. All Special Order products are non returnable. Any and all 2lb and 4lb tooling falls into the special order category.
Limitation of Warranty
Our responsibility is limited to the cost of product. We are not responsible for any other incidental losses, financial or otherwise, arising from use or misuse of our products, or for any other costs incurred through delays.
Duties and Taxes
You are responsible for any import taxes and customs duties in your country.
Hold Harmless
First-time customers must submit and agree to the following conditions:
IT IS HEREBY UNDERSTOOD and agreed that the purchaser will hold harmless Caleb and Sarah Kessinger from any and all claims of any nature whatsoever for injuries to person or property that may be alleged or proven to have been caused or to have contributed to by the manufacture, distribution, possession or use in any manner of the tools, equipment or material purchased or obtained from Caleb and Sarah Kessinger and Modern Homestead, LLC and will hold harmless Caleb and Sarah Kessinger and Modern Homestead, LLC. from all loss, cost and expenses in connection with the defense against any such claim.
Purchaser warrants that he is of legal age in the state in which he resides at the time of purchasing or obtaining tools, material or equipment from Caleb and Sarah Kessinger, and Modern Homestead, LLC. If purchaser is not of legal age, this agreement must be signed by the purchaser’s parent or legal guardian assuring the within responsibility.
