Spring loaded 1/4 inch tapered removable pin for forming bulkheads.
Simply put your delay in with a regular rammer, add a small increment of BP & then use this rammer with the pin inserted. Press the tool. It will embed the pin in the small increment of BP. Remove rammer & the pin stays. Add your clay around the pin and press, use your puller handle to remove pin & you will have a clay bulkhead formed without use of a drill.
